SUBMISSION FROM GROUP 5

Group 5 detailed the stages of the six year development, incorporating how the community could be involved in the project. Scaffolding from the building will travel the site, with the public being able to gain ‘glimpses’ of the building’s transition. A light exhibition with ‘shadows of history’ and ‘exhibiting future plans’ will connect the development stages.
