SUBMISSION FROM GROUP 12

Group 12 proposed the construction of a dome in front of the existing Town Hall, housing an exhibition which ‘teaches the history of Manchester in a modern space’. This structure will house the transferred activities of the Town Hall as it is being refurbished, and provide an interactive experience for the community and tourists.
