SUBMISSION FROM GROUP 4

Group 4 aimed to target rural-urban migration by introducing more green space into Manchester city centre. By creating urban gardens the local community will be encouraged to live sustainable and self-sufficiently (food sources, energy etc.). A mix of civic and admin functions are combined in central spine corridors.
