RESTORATION FOR THE FUTURE - Our Town Hall

The Town Hall, a Grade I listed building, will be 140 years old this year. Designed by architect Alfred Waterhouse, the building opened on 13th September 1877.

Interesting Fact 1: The Town Hall courtyard and interior rooms are frequently featured in the making of TV shows and films such as Sherlock Holmes (2009) and The Iron Lady (2011).
